What is your return and refund policy?

Products  

It is our hope that you will love every Astro Lab product that you purchase. However preferences in fragrance are very personal and subjective. It is certainly understood that not every fragrance will please every individual. For your convenience, we offer sample sizes. You are encouraged to start with the sample size to try the product with minimal risk before committing to a larger size.

While we do not offer returns or refunds for products that you do not like, we are happy to replace an item that arrives damaged. If your product arrives damaged, email aris@shopastrolab.com a photo of the damage and we will happily ship you a replacement. It's that simple!

Private Astrology Consultations

All private consults are non-refundable. However, they can be rescheduled for any reason. If you are rescheduling an experience for the first time and you contact us at least 48 hours before the start of the experience, you are allowed to reschedule at no cost as a one-time courtesy. 

If you are unable to attend your experience without notice or need to cancel last minute (less than 48 hours before the experience starts), you may use the retrograde rescheduler, by clicking here . There is a $50 rescheduling fee and you can reschedule as many times as you like at $50 per reschedule. 

Who makes the perfume?

Aris Adonis creates each perfume. Each scent is original and is made from the ground up based on the qualities and intentions of each sign. 

Are all the perfumes safe?

All perfumes are made with clean ingredients. They contain no parabens, phthalates, synthetic dyes or toxic ingredients. In addition, each perfume contains essential oils. The essential oils used in each scent are listed on the product page. 

What is in the perfume?

Alcohol, aroma molecules, natural isolates and essential oils. 

Are there different perfumes for men and women?

All perfumes are unisex. Each individual may find a perfume to lean masculine or feminine depending on their individual tastes and perceptions. 

The date and/or time that I would like for a private consult is not available. What can be done?

The calendar shows real-time availability for astrology experiences. If the date and/or time that you would like is unavailable on the calendar, the only alternative is to choose a date and time that shows as available in the calendar. Exceptions to the availability shown are not granted. 

What does the birth data consist of?

Your name (first name only is acceptable) as well as your date, location and time of birth. It will look like this:

What if I cannot provide a time of birth?

 

If you are booking a private consult, the birth time is critical as I am limited in the information that I can provide without it. For that reason, I do require an exact birth time. Some birth certificates list the time of birth. If your birth certificate does not have your time of birth, you likely have a short-form birth certificate. You may call the local government office that is responsible for the management of birth records, verify that they do have your birth time listed and request a long-form birth certificate. 

What are the shipping options and when will I receive my order?

Some products contain ingredients that are flammable. As alcohol is flammable, perfume can only be shipped ground to the United States (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands). Orders that do not contain alcohol will be shipped using air transportation. 

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Ground shipping can take 3-5 business days to be delivered to the contiguous United States and up to 10 business days to be delivered to the islands after being shipped. All packages are shipped via USPS. 

Can I make changes to an order that I already placed?

Once you have placed an order, it cannot be altered, changed or canceled. 

What do I do if I never received my order?

Check the tracking number emailed to you to ensure that your order shows up in the system as "delivered". Sometimes packages show up the day after the system claims that it was delivered. If it has been at least 24 hours since your order has shown as delivered in the tracking system, or it has been more than 15 business days since your order was shipped, and you have not received it, shoot me an email at aris@shopastrolab.com. 

I want to order a zodiac perfume, but I am born on the cusp. What should I do?

If you have your location, date and time of birth, you can use a free online natal chart calculator to find out your sun sign. There is no such thing as being born on the cusp. Depending on the time you were born on the day the sun moved from one sign to the next, you will either be one sign or the other. 

For example, if you were born on July 22, 1992 in Los Angeles between 12:00 AM and 7:09 AM, your sun is in the sign of Cancer. If you were born at 7:10 AM or later on that day, your sun is in the sign of Leo. That's because at 7:10 AM, the sun moved from the sign of Cancer to Leo. 

What if I can't make it for my scheduled private consultation?

If you cannot attend during your scheduled reservation time and it is less than 48 hours before the start of your experience, you can use the retrograde rescheduler to select a new date and time, for a $50 fee.

If you completely miss your reservation (no show), you can also use the rescheduler to reschedule your reservation. You can reschedule your experience as many times as you like, but there will be a $50 fee each time an experience is rescheduled. 

If it's more than 48 hours before the start of the experience, contact me to have your reservation rescheduled at no cost as a one-time courtesy.
