Let Astro Lab host your next family experience, bridal activity, team-building, birthday, or special event in Miami! Your attendees will have an opportunity to create a signature scent that truly reflects their personality. This is an unforgettable experience where you'll learn the art of perfume making. Our workshop is designed for individuals of all levels, as is perfect for beginners! Ages 12 and up.

During our workshop, you'll learn about the history of perfume making and the different types of fragrance families. As an experienced perfumer, I will guide you through the process of blending essential oils, botanicals, and other clean aroma molecules to create a fragrance that's uniquely yours. You'll leave with a personalized perfume bottle that you can proudly wear and show off to your friends and family.

How It Works

I will start with an introduction to the world of perfume. You will learn what the fragrance families are and how perfume is composed. Participants will have the opportunity to engage and ask questions. I will guide the group on a sensory experience as they smell each of the aromas that are available to be used in the workshop while learning about each aroma, its properties, and how it is best used in a perfume. 

You will choose the aromas that you would like to use to create your custom fragrance. Using the supplies provided by Astro Lab, each participant will create their formula. During this period, I will be available to assist each participant as needed should they require specific recommendations to ensure that they create a perfume that is to their liking. Each participant will create a 10ml customized perfume. 

Location & Important Information

You will need to provide the space (Miami Dade County only) and set up for the experience. The setup includes tables and chairs to accommodate the number of guests that will be participating. The space can be a conference room, banquet hall, a social or common area in an apartment or condo building, or any commercial/public space that you have access to. 

The event is 2 hours in length. All participants must arrive on time and be available for the full length of the workshop. 

Refunds are not available for this experience. You are allowed to reschedule your event. This experience can be booked up to 90 days in advance.  The workshop is hosted in English only.
